Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, the Fried Kesong Puti (₱530) elevates the humble kesong puti with delicate breading, perfectly matched with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce.
First of its kind in any restaurant, the humble galunggong is transformed into a culinary masterpiece as Rated GG (₱416), where the fish is deboned, marinated, and deep-fried to perfection, creating a flavorful experience.

Behind all these is Chef Vicky-Rose Pacheco, the chief operating officer and co-founder of Sentro 1771. Chef Vicky’s culinary expertise roots from her training in Les Roches Hotel and Tourism School and Switzerland's École Hôtelière de Lausanne.

Years later, Chef Vicky became the COO and Executive Chef of the 1771 Group of Restaurants, where she showcased and refined her culinary innovation while working alongside wonderful talents.
Chef Vicky is the person behind Sentro 1771’s signature innovations like the Corned Beef Sinigang and Rated GG.
“My vision for Sentro 1771 is to be in a house of its own, like an elegant Filipino home that can host parties," says Chef Vicky about her future plans for the restaurant.
Hence, the restaurant extends the warmth of Filipino hospitality not only to family gatherings but also to larger celebrations with the Capitol Commons branch also functioning as an events place.
Now called the Sentro 1771 Restaurant and Events Place, the outlet now serves as the perfect backdrop for more milestones, social and business meetings, and celebrations while offering exceptional service and authentic Filipino food.
It currently has two function rooms that can cater to 12 pax each. The whole restaurant can also be booked exclusively for 140 pax, with its second floor fit for 40-50 pax, and the al fresco area catering to 30 pax.
The Capitol Commons branch can fit up to 50 pax for corporate classroom set-up, 80 pax for corporate standard set-up, and 100 pax for social standard set-up. The menu can also be customized depending on the guests’ liking.
The restaurant does not only provide excellent food & service and a beautiful ambience, each of the amenities were thoughtfully-created with PWDs and senior citizens in mind.
Patrons can also exclusively book its BGC and Makati branches for private events.
Sentro 1771’s Greenbelt 5 branch has a function room that can cater to 20 pax. Meanwhile, its indoor seating has a capacity of 100 pax, and the al fresco dining with 50 pax. It offers a buffet set-up, a projector and screen as inclusions.
The restaurant’s One Boni High Street branch in BGC also has a function room with 24 pax. Patrons can exclusively book the restaurant with an 80 pax indoor seating capacity, and 60 pax for its al fresco dining.
